I have burgers.
my burgers have sides
one of those sides are FF.
my FF can come with an assortment of rubs (for a price)

if i have a simple menu button -

BURGER
inside that menu are my burger options... one being SIDES
inside that section for SIDES is FF. FF is a menu into the rub options...
but on the prep ticket - FF does not show up... just the rub i choose.

is there a way to fix this - or are menu button inside menu buttons not a thing?

Without seeing how the menu is designed, it's difficult to provide a satisfactory answer.  Menus can be designed many ways.  Having said that, from what you described, it sounds like a SuperButton would be a good solution.  By calling our support department, we can logon and go over your menu, if you prefer.
