My restaurant has alot of options. Namely in sauces (55 options for wings, 27 dry rubs)

We also offer these sauces on sandwiches, along with a hot of veggies, cheese, etc. Dry rubs are available on fries.

The issue I have is, If i add or remove a sauce - i am having to adjust buttons in 20 different menu buttons.

Would it be possible to have one master button that could be added into different menus and shortcut to a menu with the selected options?

This way - I only need to change the sauce/rub/etc in ONE place - and it would be correct anywhere the menu is called from?

Thanks!!

The answer depends on how the menu was designed.
For example if Sauce#1 is a no charge sauce, it can be used in many places.  When Sauce#1 is 50 cents for subs and 25 cents for wings, then that adds a complication that might, and do mean might, require a second product code.
The entire issue you've described can be streamlined by a well thought out menu design and a well thought out use of available button types
A menu is like a paiinting.  It's a work of art, so to speak.  There is more than one way to design a menu.
A Point of Success Dealer can help you redesign your menu to be more efficient and reduce the need for many product codes.

we currently have 2 codes for each sauce. one for when it's on the wings, one for when it's added as an additional side or added to a sandwich.

we are a wing place. - so we have wings - 7, 14, 25 pc and boneless 7,14,25 pc.

but each needs the option of all of our sauces (75 currently)

as i have it... wings button goes to menu of 7, 14, 25 pc
each goes to a menu with all the sauce options.

this allows the sauce to be placed under the item.

i.e.

7pc Wing
Buffalo

14 pc Boneless
BBQ
Honey Mustard

That is certainly one way to design a menu.
