Per your help files, if using Mercury Systems, you can set it to automatically settle creditcard at 3 a.m. or so. So you don't have to do the "close day" function.
We are using PC Charge and PC Charge connect. I turned off the manual setting in POS as instructed in help, but it doesnt seem to be automatically settling overnight.
Is there a way to have this settle automatcally at 3 a.m. too? or do we have to do it manually?
Thanks.

Settling a batch automatically is not done by Point of Success. POS will either close the batch when you close the day, or do nothing. Talk to your processor about automatically settling a batch.

If you look in your start menu for the PcCharge program, there should be another program in there for Auto Settle Utility. You would open that program up, set the time you want it to settle, check the enable settlement option, and minimize the program (Dont close the program, just minimize it). PcCharge would also have to at least be running the in background as well for this to work.
